Stunners on gray Wedding Day in Queenstown

Rebecca & Dylan’s Elopement Wedding at Moke Lake was on a cloudy and slightly wet day – this didn’t bother them one bit, as the two were simply chuffed to be getting married here in Queenstown.

The day started with Hair & Makeup being done by EVE Makeup Artistry, who I think did a stunning job for a perfect bridal look on Rebecca. Steph from Orange Blossom Designs delivered an amazing pastel white/green bouquet, which just went perfect with Moke Lake and the grey weather.

Philippa Thomas (one of our favourite celebrants) officiated their Wedding Ceremony, and it was witnessed by about 30 of their closest friends and family who came all the way down from Waikato.

After the Ceremony, we did a quick photoshoot around Moke Lake (too many stunning backdrops here), and hopped onto a helicopter with Phil from HeliWorks to Bayonet Peak for more photos. Bayonet Peak is one of the sheltered mountain-top spots that doesn’t get too windy.. but as you may see soon from the photos, it did in fact get pretty windy and cold – Well done to Rebecca & Dylan for being so brave!
